 💜About Me: From calilu3 to xpCali - My Online Journey 💜


Hello there! Welcome to my corner of the internet. I'm Cali, a passionate writer, streamer, gamer, and content creator. Over the years, I've built an online presence through various platforms, evolving my brand and connecting with amazing communities. Whether you know me as calilu3, caliluu, calilutv, Elee Bae, or my rebranded name xpcali, this post ties it all together and shares a bit about my journey.



Who is calilu3?

I started my online journey as calilu3, where I first got into streaming on Twitch in 2018. It was a time of discovery, experimenting with different games and styles, and learning how to create engaging content. This alias marked my initial steps into the gaming community and set the foundation for what was to come. 


💜From Tibia Streamer to Variety Cozy Streamer and Writer 💜

In 2019, I mostly streamed Tibia, with the occasional just chatting or marbles stream. From questing, leveling, achievement hunting, and pk to house decorating. I have gone through many what I like to call "phases" with Tibia. For a while, I would focus heavily on leveling my characters. 


Then rotate through other phases such as questing, boss hunting, achievement hunting, or house decorating. The very nostalgic MMORPG game from the early 2000's has forever claimed it's spot in my heart. Elee Bae is still my focus character.

Over the years, as most people do, I've changed a lot. Since 2021, I've been diving deep back into my passion for writing and have completed many projects. Though, I've only shared small snippets on Instagram or Threads with any of my work. Writing has always been a part of who I am since I was a little girl. In 2023, I contemplated taking some professional writing classes to challenge myself and improve my skills. However, it wasn't until 2024 that I finally decided to do so and enrolled in college for a writing degree. This degree, tied with my Business Degree I obtained in 2018, are great accomplishments for myself. Despite it all, I've completed almost everything I've wanted to achieve in life so far.

I do get the hunch from time to time to pick up Tibia or streaming again. I streamed for a few months in 2022 and 2024. However, due to personal reasons at those times, I felt it was safer for me to break from it again. I do plan to get back in to it and have periodically been working on improving quality. For example, I just created new emotes for my Twitch and Discord in early August 2025. I've also been researching better equipment and how to improve my current setup.

As I grew, I wanted a more consistent brand, and that's when xpCali was born. You will find me streaming on Twitch where I focus on Stardew Valley, Tibia, and other variety cozy games sharing gameplay, tips, and good vibes. My channel is a space for fellow gamers to hang out, connect, and have fun. 



On YouTube, I upload highlights, tutorials, and sometimes dive into strategies and walkthroughs. My goal is to provide content that's both entertaining and helpful for my community.

Social media is where I share more personal moments, gaming highlights, and connect beyond Twitch. On Instagram and Threads, as xpcali_, I post clips, updates about myself and my journey, share some of my writing, and build community. It's a fun way to stay connected and gives a peek into my life.

Over time, I realized the importance of linking all my platforms together to make it easier for people to find me and follow my content wherever they prefer. Whether you stumbled upon me as calilu3, know me as Elee Bae in Tibia, or follow me now as xpcali.



This serves as part of my effort to unite my online identities and clear any confusion about who I am or what happened to me. Believe me, I have heard some pretty strange theories about myself.



💜My Content Style & Community💜

If you're new here, my content is pretty straightforward: it's authentic and chill. Whether I'm grinding out a game or just vibing with friends, I keep things real and welcoming. I love interacting with people, sharing tips, connecting on interests and hobbies, and occasionally being goofy.

I'm building a space where people feel comfortable, seen, and entertained. No pressure, no toxicity, just good people and good games.


Games & Genres I Love

I've always leaned towards games that are immersive, challenging, or just pure comfort. Here are a few of my go-tos:

• Tibia - leveling, boss runs, achievements, and house decorating

• Stardew Valley - cozy farming, decorating, and speedruns

• Minecraft - I have my own MC server for decorating, grinding, and creating challenges

• LockDown Protocol - a game of risk and trust with friends

• Peak - aiming to Peak solo and occasionally play with friends 




• RPGs & Strategy Games - I love a good grind and long term payoff in games

• Story rich Games - give me plot, character development, and emotional connection 

• MMORPGs - love for community and challenges

• HORROR - I enjoy a good jump scare and gameplay that keeps me guessing


💜Behind the Aliases💜

You might be wondering: Why the name changes?




• calilu3 was my original identity. It was a mix of my name and a tag I used growing up. It's where it all started.

• caliluu was created to weed out negativity from other communities and bring focus back to myself.

• calilutv was what I changed my Twitch to while I was taking a break from streaming to focus on RL.

• xpcali came from a desire to rebrand with something cleaner, more recognizable, and easier to grow with. "xp" is a nod to gaming and Cali keeps it personal.

• xpcali_ on Instagram helps keep everything connected even when usernames aren't available across platforms. 

• Elee Bae - this is my Tibia character name

Each name reflects a different chapter of my life, but they're all still a part of who I was and am. The older usernames may be taken by new users, so I want to be clear that none of those names currently belong to me. The exception is Elee Bae, that is still my Tibia character. xpcali and xpcali_ are my only current usernames. This post is here to keep them all tied together so no matter how you found me, you're in the right place.

I'm always working on exploring new games and creative projects. Currently, I'm finishing up my Creative Writing Degree and should achieve that by December 2025.
